Team Building Day today, out in the San Diego rain. One instructor claimed that I looked like Charlie Sheen. Whether that is a compliment depends on whether he meant pre-cocaine Sheen or post-cocaine Sheen.

A colleague had his work selected as a highlight by the DOE’s Office of Science! My attempt at a summary: when the plasma wiggles in a way that causes trouble, you can shoot it with other wiggles that cause the bad wiggles to stop.
